JOSH BECKER

Josh Becker is a real estate professional with 15 years of experience including 13 in real estate development. He has a BS in Accounting from the University of Utah and a MBA from the University of Utah with an emphasis in Accounting. Josh started his career as a residential real estate agent and was ranked among the top 10% of agents in the US. Josh then turned to land acquisition and development. Josh has led the due diligence, entitlement, and infrastructure improvements on countless projects in Utah and Texas. He has led the acquisition and development teams for 3 of the top 15 national builders, most recently DR Horton, America’s largest home builder. While at DR Horton, Josh was head of Acquisition in Austin where he led the team responsible for the acquisition and development of 2,500 lots per year, which accounts for 20% of the Austin market. He has successfully completed projects involving single family lots, light commercial, special purpose commercial, mixed use, and multi-family.

Josh has built several residential, office and multi-family projects in Austin, and is currently working on a 4 multifamily and office developments in Leander and Cedar Park. Josh currently owns 3 different multi-family projects totaling 188 units that are under construction and has significant development experience.

Ryan is the Principal and Managing Partner of Jackson Becker Communities and Dannen Real Estate Development. Through Jackson Becker Communities, he manages a portfolio comprised of 210 multi-family housing units valued at approximately $52 Million. This portfolio includes investments owned by Ryan and investors in each project. Prior to forming JBC and Dannen, Ryan spent over 12 years in management, serving in many different roles including Division Manager, Land Acquisition Manager, Vice President of Sales and Construction Project Manager for both regional and national home builders and developers. Ryan has overseen the acquisition and development of over 1,000 single and multi-family family lots and the construction of over 1,000 single and multi-family homes in the Central Texas area.

Ryan has served in leadership positions on numerous housing industry boards.

Ryan is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
